You will engage in direct patient care, conduct assessments, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive care for surgical oncology patients
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and evaluations
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Participate actively in patient/family care meetings
• Support and empower learners and peers in nursing
Requirements:
• Currently registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Graduate of a recognized Practical Nursing program
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Effective time-management skills and teamwork
