Position: Complex Continuing Care RPN Role
Join Baycrest Hospital as a Registered Practical Nurse in the Complex Continuing Care Unit. Deliver comprehensive care that enhances the quality of life for older adults with complex medical conditions.

This role requires you to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions, ensuring they're personalized to meet each patient's needs.

You'll work with in an interdisciplinary team, focusing on client-centered approaches and collaborating with Registered Nurses to create effective care plans.

Experience with geriatric patients is an asset, aiming for both short- and long-term care goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and deliver nursing interventions and treatments

• Address clients' personal care and recreational needs

• Collaborate with RNs to tailor care plans

Requirements:

• Valid CNO registration required

• BCLS Level C certificate and AED training

• Preferred experience in geriatric care

• Background in psycho geriatrics a plus

• Proficiency in Meditech and Microsoft applications
