VHA is seeking Registered Nurses to join a committed team delivering high-quality, client-centred care across various community settings. You will assess patient needs, coordinate care plans, and ensure the highest delivery standards. A valid Ontario driver's license and a vehicle are required for visiting clients in their homes and other locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patient needs in various settings
• Evaluate care plans and interventions regularly
• Ensure quality care through effective communication
• Participate in standby/on-call rotations as needed
• Maintain documentation per College of Nurses standards
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RN degree from a recognized university
• Valid First Aid or CPR certification
• Experience in acute care or medical-surgical nursing
• Reliable vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s license
