Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe nursing practices throughout patient care

• Provide professional care in a diverse environment

• Consult appropriately during emergencies and transitions

• Deliver education and discharge instructions to families

• Implement infection control measures effectively

Requirements:

• Two years of hemodialysis experience within the last five years

• Nephrology certificate required or in progress

• Completion of Ontario Renal Network vascular access modules

• Successfully pass nephrology quiz to qualify for interviews

• Good standing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
