In your role as a Registered Practical Nurse, you will assess and meet the individual needs of oncology patients while collaborating with various healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with patients to devise personalized care plans
• Monitor and assess changes in patient conditions
• Coordinate patient care with team members
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and interventions
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
Requirements:
• Successful completion of a Practical Nursing Diploma
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid BLS/CPR certification
• Recent experience in oncology or palliative nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
