Work with Humber River Health as a Registered Practical Nurse focusing on the Nephrology Program, offering quality patient care in a temporary role. This position emphasizes a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer care for patients in hemodialysis
• Educate patients about their treatment and self-management
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives
• Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist in providing care for the Transition Care Unit as assigned
Requirements:
• RPN graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred
• Background in hemodialysis an asset
• Strong interpersonal and assessment skills
