This full-time temporary RN role is pivotal in delivering safe and effective nursing care eph's Health Centre. You will provide evidence-based interventions, foster therapeutic relationships, and coordinate care activities. We seek a candidate with strong communication skills and a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families

• Develop and evaluate patient care plans

• Collaborate with inter-professional care teams

• Engage in critical inquiry for evidence-based practices

• Document all aspects of patient care consistently

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current BLS Certification required

• Recent experience in acute inpatient oncology preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to patient-focused care
