Position: Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse at CAMH
Join CAMH's Complex Care and Recovery Program as a part-time Registered Practical Nurse in Toronto. Deliver client-centered psychiatric and nursing care while collaborating within a diverse inter-professional team.

In this permanent position, you will work in the Women's Secure Forensic Unit and Secure Observation Treatment Unit. Collaborate to assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for clients, ensuring that nursing standards are upheld. Engage with clients from diverse populations, contribute to program development, and support the education of students within the clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric and general nursing care to clients

• Maintain security and comply with CNO standards

• Collaborate with team members for coordinated client care

• Assist in preparing Ontario Review Board reports

• Participate in program development and education initiatives

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Certification in medication administration

• Experience in psychiatric risk assessments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bilingualism is an asset
