This full-time temporary role provides a unique opportunity to work in geriatrics, supporting patient care and education for the elderly. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providing comprehensive care plans and optimizing care transitions for patients. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Current General Class Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Master's of Nursing degree required
