Registered Nurse at Generation Fertility

Be part of Generation Fertility Toronto West as a Registered Nurse specializing in reproductive health services on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Engage directly with patients as they navigate their fertility journeys.

In this nursing role, you will work with a dedicated interdisciplinary team, offering support through clinical and surgical activities. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, facilitating communication, and ordering medications. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills and a passion for patient education and care within the fertility sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and follow medication protocols

• Ensure smooth information flow between patients and physicians

• Schedule and oversee OR procedures

• Provide care through all stages of IVF processes

• Administer injections and manage infusion lines

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of medical/surgical nursing experience

• Valid BScN and registration with Ontario’s College of Nurses

• ACLS certification preferred

• Superior communication and teamwork skills

• Focused on patient-centered practices
