Registered Nurse – Hemodialysis Specialist

This temporary full-time RN position at the Church site focuses on providing exceptional care for patients receiving hemodialysis. With required staffing for an engaging, team-oriented environment, candidates with two years’ experience managing patients with chronic conditions are ideal. Experience in both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis will enhance care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee patient care for all hemodialysis treatments
• Deliver educational support to patients and families
• Collaborate to create and maintain personalized care plans
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Monitor and handle emergency patient scenarios
Requirements:
• Valid RN registration in Ontario
• Two years of experience in acute Medical/Surgical settings
• Recent experience in Hemodialysis required
• Commitment to continuing education and nephrology certifications
• Strong interpersonal and assessment abilities
