Client Services Professional Practice Lead

Step into a leadership role as the Professional Practice Lead, driving client-centered initiatives at our hybrid Head Office location while enhancing care standards and team effectiveness.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will support a diverse team of RNs and RPNs from Monday to Friday. You'll use your clinical expertise to mentor and lead Client Services Supervisors while ensuring adherence to nursing regulations and evidence-based practices. Your collaborative efforts will significantly impact client satisfaction and care delivery improvements within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and evaluation of clinical practices

• Support staff training and professional growth initiatives

• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality care delivery

• Participate in client satisfaction initiatives for service improvement

• Oversee complex clinical issues and provide expert support

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with CNO

• Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising healthcare providers

• Strong organizational and independent work skills

• Effective communication and problem-solving competencies

• Experience with palliative care or elderly populations is advantageous
