Transform nursing education as a Clinical Nurse Educator with The Safehaven Project for Community Living in Toronto. Provide leadership and mentorship to enhance nursing competencies and client care.
This pivotal role involves collaborating with staff to build educational programs that address the needs of nurses and Residential Support Workers, ensuring they excel in caring for individuals with diverse medical needs. Through strong partnership with community stakeholders, you will help foster interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and delivery of nursing education
• Mentor staff and evaluate clinical competencies
• Participate in creating client-centered care practices
• Develop partnerships for enhanced nursing education
• Engage in research to inform best practices
Requirements:
• University degree in Nursing; advanced degrees welcome
• Current certification as a Registered Nurse in Ontario
• Five years of relevant nursing experience required
• Proven teaching and leadership abilities
• Availability for travel and flexible scheduling
