As a Registered Nurse reporting to the Director of Care, you’ll assess resident needs, administer medications, and deliver high-quality care.
Your role is vital in maintaining the well-being of residents at Midland Gardens Community. Utilizing your nursing knowledge, you will develop and evaluate personalized care plans, ensuring each resident feels respected and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan resident care according to needs
• Administer medication and skilled nursing procedures
• Collaborate with residents and families on care preferences
• Evaluate care plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise nursing team members in daily operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• Current RN registration with the appropriate college
• Compassionate attitude towards senior residents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
