Position: Registered Nurse for Critical Care Team
Join the dynamic Critical Care Nursing Resource Team as a Registered Nurse  will deliver high-quality patient care for critically ill patients in both ICUs and the Emergency Department.

Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, this nursing role demands excellent assessment and advocacy skills. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals while supporting patients and families under the principles of Patient-Centred Care. Effective communication, organization, and critical thinking are key to excel in this environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients

• Advocate and educate patients and their families

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams for patient support

• Be deployed flexibly in ICUs and Emergency Departments

• Uphold the standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario

Requirements:

• Active registration with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Required BCLS and preferred ACLS certification

• Critical Care Certificate is crucial

• Ongoing education in critical care practices

• Experience managing multiple priorities in nursing
