In this casual role, you will work as part of a dedicated team committed to high-quality nursing services tailored to meet each client's unique needs. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, performing health assessments, and offering essential support to families. The part-time RPN position provides potential for ongoing overnight assignments based on client demand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement care plans according to professional nursing standards
• Administer medications and perform clinical assessments
• Provide personal care and emotional support to clients
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Document clinical information accurately and timely
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in home care or community nursing is an asset
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license necessary
• Current BLS certification from a recognized provider
