Join the dynamic team in our Cystoscopy Suite as a Registered Nurse, specializing in urological care. Your expertise will enhance patient preparation for procedures while promoting a collaborative learning atmosphere.
This position requires valid Ontario Registration and a current BCLS certificate, with a preference for candidates with a
B.Sc.N. Additionally, a post-graduate O.R. certificate and recent relevant experience are essential.
Your role will include assisting with bladder instillations and performing catheterizations, all within a patient-focused care framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare patients for urodynamic and cystoscopic procedures
• Assist with bladder instillations and catheterizations
• Deliver expert nursing care in urology
• Engage in personal professional development initiatives
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers
Requirements:
• Current Ontario R.N. registration and BCLS certification
• Completion of post-graduate O.R. certification
• Expertise in urodynamics and surgical oncology nursing
