As a Registered Nurse, you will be integral to the primary care team for Operating Room patients, emphasizing the principles of Patient-Focused Care. Your expertise will facilitate collaborative work with healthcare professionals while ensuring high-quality patient experiences through education and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments in the OR

• Implement defined interventions tailored to patient needs

• Support patient advocacy and education initiatives

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams in patient care

• Uphold Aseptic Technique and nursing standards

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current Ontario licensure

• Valid B.C.L.S. Certificate and O.R. certification

• Demonstrated Operating Room experience

• Physical assessment training required

• Strong interpersonal skills under pressure
