Join Mallard Medical Clinic as a Lead Registered Nurse in our PAP Smear Clinic, providing quality patient-centered care with flexible part-time hours. This role demands expertise in cervical cancer screening and patient education.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to enhance our preventive health services. You will perform Pap tests, gather medical histories, and educate patients on cervical cancer screening alongside HPV testing.

Your role also involves preparing examination rooms and ensuring compliance with infection control practices, while documenting accurately in OSCAR EMR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cervical screening tests per Ontario guidelines

• Obtain medical and gynecological histories from patients

• Educate on cervical cancer screening and follow-ups

• Prepare examination rooms and maintain hygiene standards

• Document assessments accurately in OSCAR EMR

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current CPR certification

• Experience performing Pap smears independently

• Preferred background in women's health or family medicine

• Strong communication and patient education skills
