Registered Nurse - Trauma & Neurosurgery ICU

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

• Evaluate and adjust care plans based on effectiveness

• Provide comprehensive health education

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Must hold General Class Registration with the College of Nurses

• Critical Care Certification required or min 1 year ICU experience

• Recent physical assessment course completion

• Neuroscience nursing experience is a plus

• Strong planning and time management skills
