This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) holding an Advanced Foot Care Certification. You will conduct thorough foot assessments and develop tailored care plans to meet the specific needs of clients in their homes. Your expertise in foot health will enhance clients' quality of life and promote their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive foot assessments and care planning
• Administer advanced foot care services, including nail trimming
• Educate clients on foot health and self-care practices
• Monitor clients for condition changes and document findings
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for comprehensive care
Requirements:
• Current RN or RPN registration with CNO
• Valid Advanced Foot Care Certificate
• Experience in community or home care settings
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
