This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Educator with a Master's degree in nursing or education. You will design education plans, facilitate learning, and collaborate with nursing staff to enhance competencies. Providing leadership and guidance, you will optimize patient experiences through effective teaching strategies and develop structured educational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess learning needs of nursing staff
• Develop comprehensive education plans and resources
• Facilitate evidence-based educational sessions
• Collaborate with clinical service teams to enhance teaching methods
• Maintain learning records and monitor educational outcomes
Requirements:
• Master's degree in nursing or education
• Current RN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Familiarity with adult education methodologies
• Previous experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator
