Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient care and learning needs accurately

• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans

• Engage in evidence-based interventions and critical reflection

• Organize and coordinate nursing care effectively

• Communicate patient care activities for smooth transitions

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• BLS Certification

• One year of recent General Surgery experience

• Preferred experience in Thoracic Surgery

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
