Key Responsibilities:

• Apply nursing processes for predictable patient outcomes

• Consult with RNs for unusual patient responses

• Manage care for complex patient scenarios

• Uphold UHN policy and standards in practice

• Participate in ongoing professional education

Requirements:

• Graduated from an approved Practical Nursing program

• Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario

• Valid B.C.L.S. certification

• Nephrology experience preferred

• Excellent communication and time management skills
