You'll also supervise Personal Support Workers, ensuring a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care per established policies and physician orders

• Ensure excellent delivery of nursing and personal care

• Create a supportive environment through teamwork

• Oversee resident care and communicate effectively

• Supervise Personal Support Workers in your unit

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Experience in geriatrics or senior health considered an asset

• Good judgment and risk identification skills

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
