Registered Nurse - Hemodialysis Care Provider

As part of the Nephrology Program, you will help ensure patients receive superior care in a supportive and technologically advanced facility. Your responsibilities will include managing patient education and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary team members to enhance overall treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure delivery of quality care to hemodialysis patients
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Collaborate with teams on care plans and treatments
• Conduct patient assessments and follow-ups
• Work shifts including both day and evening hours
Requirements:
• RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum of two years in Hemodialysis or acute care
• Preferred BScN or a commitment to continuing education
• Skills in patient assessment and interpersonal communication
• Proven ability to adapt and prioritize in fast-paced settings
