Reporting to the Administrator, this pivotal role upholds nursing standards under Ontario's regulations. As the Senior Nursing Leader, you will oversee all nursing and personal support services, ensuring resident-centered care and compliance with health regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with FLTCA, nursing standards, and health regulations

• Provide leadership for resident care planning and evaluation

• Oversee recruitment and staffing for nursing teams

• Manage nursing budget and resources effectively

• Lead infection prevention and control initiatives

Requirements:

• Current RN registration in Ontario or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience

• Knowledge of Ontario health and safety regulations

• Experience in budget management and CQI initiatives

• Strong leadership and communication skills
