Join Unity Health Toronto as a Registered Nurse in the dynamic Cystoscopy Urology Department. This position focuses on delivering patient-centered care throughout the perioperative and post-operative journey.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting peri-operative assessments, coordinating patient care, and advocating for patients while collaborating with health care teams. You'll also facilitate health education for patients and families, conduct critical evaluations, and adjust care plans based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre and post-operative assessments for patients

• Engage in evidence-based interventions for optimal care

• Maintain effective communication with the care team

• Coordinate smooth transitions during the surgical process

• Evaluate and adjust plans of care as needed

Requirements:

• Current General Class Registration with the College of Nurses

• Perioperative Nursing Certificate is essential

• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience

• Must possess BLS Certification

• Strong teamwork and communication skills required
