As a vital member of our community healthcare team, you will provide exceptional foot care to clients in their homes, leveraging your skills as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with Advanced Foot Care Certification. You will perform assessments and deliver both routine and advanced foot care services, ensuring clients receive the comprehensive support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed foot assessments and care plans
• Provide routine and advanced nail and foot care
• Educate clients on preventing foot health complications
• Monitor conditions and maintain precise documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care
Requirements:
• Must hold valid RN or RPN registration with CNO
• Current Advanced Foot Care Certificate required
• Previous home care experience preferred
• Strong assessment and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
