In this role, you will deliver direct patient care within the organization, addressing assessment, care planning, and evaluation according to professional standards. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor patient status, and maintain accurate clinical documentation to enhance service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient assessment and care planning
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient responses and document care accurately
• Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention
• Participate in quality improvement activities
Requirements:
• Active RN license in Ontario with good standing
• Strong assessment and care planning skills
• Experience with electronic health records
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required
