Paediatric Registered Nurse at Unity Health

Enhance children's health as a Registered Nurse eph's Health Centre. In this role, you’ll provide ethical nursing care in various clinics, including the Emergency Department.

This Registered Nurse position focuses on paediatric care, requiring collaboration with inter-professional teams to advocate for wellness in patients. You will ensure safe and effective care while enhancing your competencies through ongoing education and reflective practice. Your contributions will significantly impact patient outcomes and nursing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish therapeutic relationships with paediatric patients

• Collaborate with care teams for comprehensive patient care

• Organize and coordinate nursing care activities

• Develop and evaluate patient care plans

• Provide health education to patients and families

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Two years’ paediatric experience in a regional centre

• Experience with Paediatric IVs preferred

• Current BLS and PALS required

• Good communication skills with families and children
