With a focus on continuous improvement, this full-time position involves collaboration with nursing leadership and interprofessional teams to develop and implement evidence-based programs. You will drive clinical orientation, lead training initiatives, and monitor quality improvement activities to ensure optimal patient care in the NICU.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance NICU practices
• Design and implement educational programs for staff
• Support implementation of standards of care and guidelines
• Mentor staff on neonatal competencies and breastfeeding
• Facilitate change management for new care models
Requirements:
• RN registration with CNO and BScN mandatory
• 3-5 years of Level 2C NICU experience necessary
• Proven experience in clinical education delivery
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to family-centred and equitable care
Lead the evolution of NICU practices and staff development at Humber River Health.
