Key Responsibilities:
• Administer professional nursing care to residents as per policies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external partners
• Direct Personal Support Workers in their caregiving activities
• Immediately report resident condition changes to physicians
• Engage in shift report meetings for health updates
Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing environments
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare acts and regulations
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Dedication to meaningful resident care and support
