Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address patient care needs thoroughly

• Develop comprehensive care plans collaboratively

• Engage in critical inquiry for evidence-based practice

• Document care effectively and support discharge planning

• Coordinate patient care activities proactively

Requirements:

• Current Ontario Registered Nurse license

• 2 years medical-surgical experience; emergency preferred

• BLS certification and willingness for further training

• Strong communication and conflict management skills

• Proven ability to work effectively within teams
