As a key member of the interdisciplinary clinical team, you will support diverse communities, including immigrants and refugees. This position involves providing comprehensive primary healthcare, health promotion, and clinical support to physicians.
Your role is integral in addressing system inequities and advancing health outcomes for at-risk populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary health care services within RN scope
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and counselling
• Initiate health promotion strategies and community development
• Collaborate with community organizations on health priorities
• Maintain and manage medical supply inventory
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum of 2 years frontline nursing experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• BLS certification required
• Skills in navigating healthcare systems and health education
