As a key member of our team, you'll perform cervical cancer screenings, collect detailed medical histories, and guide patients through the screening process. Your expertise will ensure that examination rooms are ready and that all infection prevention measures are upheld, along with accurate documentation in OSCAR EMR.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cervical cancer screening tests according to guidelines
• Obtain relevant medical histories from patients
• Educate women on HPV testing and follow-up care
• Prepare examination environments with strict hygiene standards
• Keep accurate records in OSCAR EMR
Requirements:
• Registration in good standing with CNO
• Valid CPR certification
• Proven experience with independent Pap tests
• Family medicine or women’s health experience preferred
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
