This temporary full-time role involves working during weekdays to deliver advanced clinical care. You will develop and manage care plans and work with both patients and the healthcare team to foster health and wellness strategies. Your initiatives will directly impact patient outcomes and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and care management
• Initiate diagnostic tests in accordance with NP scope
• Develop health promotion strategies across diverse populations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives for care
• Act as a resource for nursing staff and students
Requirements:
• Completion of recognized Masters degree in Nursing
• Current NP-Adult or NP-PHC certification required
• Three years of experience in extended nursing practice preferred
• Proficiency in respiratory care methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
