Men’s Care Clinic (MCC) is one of the fastest-growing specialized men’s health clinics in the Greater Toronto Area, with multiple locations and continued expansion underway.

We focus on men’s sexual health and overall well-being, providing confidential, personalized care for conditions including erectile dysfunction (ED), chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), prostatitis, and other men’s health concerns.

Men’s Care Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinical team.

We are open to full-time, part-time, or contract-based arrangements
, depending on the candidate’s experience, availability, and preferred working structure.

The Nurse Practitioner will play an important role in the assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with a primary focus on men’s sexual health and related conditions
.

This position offers a high degree of clinical independence within the NP scope of practice while working collaboratively with physicians and other members of the MCC clinical team.

• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and clinical assessments.
• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic investigations.
• Prescribe medications and treatments within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history, clinical findings, diagnostic results, and treatment goals.
• Educate patients about their condition, available treatment options, expected outcomes, preventive care, and lifestyle considerations.
• Monitor treatment progress and modify treatment plans when clinically appropriate.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and support continuity of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals when consultation or multidisciplinary care is required.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.
• Ensure care is delivered in accordance with professional standards, clinical protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of MCC’s clinical programs, protocols, and patient experience.

• Recognized Nurse Practitioner graduate education
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, prescribing, and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-education skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to patient privacy, confidentiality, and the highest standards of professional conduct.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records and digital clinical systems.
