Key Responsibilities:

• Administer routine medications as per guidelines

• Document client feedback and communicate effectively

• Encourage self-care and client independence

• Complete necessary care assessments on time

• Provide training and support to unregulated caregivers

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Hold a Medication Administration Certificate

• Minimum one year experience in Geriatric Nursing

• Pass all necessary background and health checks
