In this permanent full-time role, you will help support a diverse range of critically ill patients suffering from conditions such as sepsis and respiratory distress. As part of a committed team, you'll focus on delivering high-quality care while also enhancing your own skills through ongoing education and reflective practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert nursing care in a critical care setting
• Follow ethical practices and professional nursing standards
• Engage in professional development and education programs
• Analyze and adapt nursing practices based on patient needs
• Perform various assigned responsibilities as requested
Requirements:
• Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Valid B.C.L.S. certification
• Completion of a Critical Care Course
• At least 2 years of critical care nursing experience
• Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities
