As part of the multidisciplinary team at UHN, the Registered Nurse will play a crucial role in postoperative recovery within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver immediate post-operative care in the PACU

• Engage in full invasive monitoring and ventilation support

• Support transition processes for high-risk surgical patients

• Work in tandem with interprofessional team members

• Ensure adherence to ethical nursing practices and standards

Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Two years in Medical/Surgical nursing

• Completion of a Critical Care Certificate program required

• Evidence of collaborative practice

• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
