Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at SEGCHC

Become a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with the South East Grey Community Health Centre in Dundalk. This full-time role offers a 14-month contract starting end of October 2026.

As an NP in a supportive multi-disciplinary environment, you'll collaborate with physicians and health staff to provide quality care. Requirements:

• Registered member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in primary care

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office

• Understanding of the Community Health Centre care model

• Experience with diverse and underserved communities
