Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective patient service management across departments
• Drive best practice and quality standards in care
• Build a professional practice climate for teams
• Monitor patient and family-centered program implementations
• Manage employee relations and performance evaluations
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required
• Master’s Degree or currently pursuing preferred
• At least five years clinical and three years in leadership roles
• Proven skills in strategic planning and resource management
