We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with a strong foundation in wound care management. This role requires at least three years of relevant experience and a commitment to community-based health initiatives. Join us to ensure the highest standards of care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete comprehensive assessments for complex wounds
• Deliver advanced wound care management strategies
• Monitor and document treatment outcomes closely
• Instruct clients and families on care and prevention
• Engage with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
Requirements:
• RN or RPN license in good standing with the CNO
• Three years of recent wound care experience required
• Excellent communication and assessment skills
• Valid driver's license and access to vehicle preferred
• Current certifications in CPR/First Aid and WHMIS
