Key Responsibilities:
• Administer primary care to hospice residents
• Engage with healthcare teams for comprehensive support

Requirements:
• Valid RPN Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• At least one year of relevant hospice experience
• Willingness to complete LEAP training soon after hire
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
