In your role as a Registered Nurse, you will support clients with complex medical needs through comprehensive nursing care. Your responsibilities include conducting health assessments, administering medications, and providing specialized care for tracheostomy and ventilator patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure individualized care plans that meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care focused on clients' individual needs
• Administer medications and monitor health status
• Provide care for clients using tracheostomies and ventilators
• Assist technology-dependent clients in daily living activities
• Collaborate with professionals to ensure quality care
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum one year in acute care or community nursing
• Experience in ventilator and tracheostomy care required
• Strong assessment and teamwork skills
• Obtain a Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
