The Clinical Risk & Administrative Manager (RPN/RN) will oversee client care and nursing operations. We're seeking a nurse with over 10 years of experience, emphasizing at least 5 years in home care.

Your role will include supporting field staff, managing clinical documentation, and ensuring compliance in a community healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support nursing field staff and client operations

• Monitor and investigate client risks effectively

• Address and resolve staff concerns proactively

• Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives

• Act as a liaison for client intake and care coordination

Requirements:

• RPN or RN in good standing with CNO

• 10+ years nursing experience mandatory

• 5 years experience in home care within the GTA

• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills

• Leadership and administrative experience preferred
