Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver nursing interventions as per RPN scope

• Provide client-centered care within an interdisciplinary team

• Collaborate with RNs to revise individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C certification

• Experience in caring for geriatrics preferred

• Psychogeriatric experience and skills in mental health preferred

• Proficient in Meditech, Microsoft Word, and Excel
