Position: Experienced Registered Nurse for PAP Smear Clinic
Become an integral part of Mallard Medical Clinic as an Experienced Registered Nurse in our PAP Smear Clinic. This part-time role focuses on patient-centered cervical cancer screening and education.

We are expanding our preventive health services and need a Registered Nurse skilled in Pap tests and patient communication. In this role, you will gather medical histories, prepare examination rooms, and ensure adherence to infection control protocols, along with documentation in OSCAR EMR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Pap tests per Ontario guidelines

• Collect and document medical and gynecological histories

• Inform patients about cervical cancer and HPV testing

• Ensure examination rooms adhere to infection standards

• Document health assessments thoroughly in OSCAR EMR

Requirements:

• Current CNO registration in good standing

• Up-to-date CPR certification

• Required experience performing Pap smears independently

• Preferred background in primary care or women’s health

• Strong communication and attention to detail
