As the Clinical Manager, you will report directly to the Program Director of Emergency Services, promoting efficient medical care through strategic resource management. Your responsibilities will include building interdisciplinary teams and engaging stakeholders in program development. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered practices and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe and efficient patient service management
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration for enhanced care
• Mentor and support staff in professional development
• Drive employee relations and performance oversight
• Enhance program services aligning with strategic objectives
Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Required Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
• Master’s in Nursing or Health Science is essential
• At least five years of clinical experience and three in leadership
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
